By downloading, installing, or using Par Avion (“the app”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the app.

Use of the App

Par Avion provides flight tracking and loyalty program management features for personal, non-commercial use. You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.

Flight Data Accuracy

Flight data is provided by third-party services and may not always be accurate or up to date. Par Avion is not responsible for decisions made based on flight information displayed in the app. Always verify critical flight details with your airline directly.

Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code in Par Avion are the intellectual property of Par Avion and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the app.

Subscriptions

Some features may require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are managed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your device settings.

Limitation of Liability

Par Avion is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to missed flights, incorrect data, or service interruptions.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
